Q3. How do you set up a Catalytic Lamp?
Catalytic lamps work best when sited on a flat surface. Make sure it isn’t placed on a polished or a synthetic surface. Do not place it in a draughty area.

After removing the top, fill the lamp to a level of about half to tow thirds full with the lamp fragrance using the funnel provided. Don’t over fill it as it will saturate the stone and it will not light.
Insert the wick and stone into the neck of the bottle and cover with the solid cap. Leave for twenty minutes to allow the wick and stone to fully absorb the fragrance.

Remove the solid cap and light the stone.

Wait for a period of 3 to 5 minutes whilst not leaving the lamp unattended.
Extinguish the flame and cover with the ornamental cap with the decorative flame cut outs.

The stone will continue to draw the fragrance up through the neck and into the atmosphere.

To extinguish your lamp, remove the ornamental cap and replace carefully with the solid cap.
