Q6. What happens if I don't use my Catalytic Lamp regularly?
Do not leave fragrance in the lamp unused for more than a week. It can clog the burner or it will not stay lit. If you think the burner is blocked then take the burner out of the lamp and let it dry for 24 hrs. Put it back in the lamp and let it soak for at least 30 minutes then relight it for about 3 minutes.
